We ship to most countries with UPS Express Saver (worldwide) and DHL Parcel Connect (within EU only)

Shipping price

You can see the exact shipping cost in the checkout after you have added items to your cart and entered your address.

• Shipping is free to most countries on orders from €150.

Shipping price - Australia

• Reduced shipping on orders from €150
• Free shipping on orders from €300

For the UK and Ireland

We also offer shipping with regular mail, (but not for fragrances or aerosols such as deo sprays or hair sprays), however, we strongly recommend UPS Express Saver.

Delivery is then made by RoyalMail in the UK or An Post in Ireland.

We have noticed that Royal Mail is not good at noticing you when you have a package waiting in your local post office.
In case you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please:

1. Check with your local royal mail post office to see if they have it for you.
2. Check if a neighboor might have received it.
