Clinique

Clinique is an American company that manufactures and sells, among other things, skin care products, cosmetics and perfumes. The products are usually sold in various luxury stores such as Swedish Åhléns. The company was founded and owned today by the larger makeup company Estée Lauder. The daughter of Estée Lauder, Evelyn Lauder is said to have read an article in the fashion magazine Vogue in 1967 which was about how best to take care of her skin. Here was born the idea of creating the ultimate products for skin care, and Clinique was founded already in the year 1968. The company was in a way a driving factor in introducing the idea of skin care products in the US market.

The first perfume, Aromatics Elixir, was launched in 1971 and scents of Moss, patchouli and chamomile. Several versions of the Aromatics perfume have been launched, in 2014 and 2015 The perfumes were launched Aromatics in White and Aromatics in Black. They are characterised by the bottle design, which is white and black, and the name. Aromatics in White scents of Rose, patchouli and Musk while Aromatics in Black scents of myrrh, Jasmine and tonka bean. Clinique has also launched a collection named Happy, where the main perfume from 1998 by the name of Clinique Happy smells various citrus fruits, Lily of the lake and Mimosa. The following year, one of the company's few perfumes was launched for men, Clinique Happy for man, which smells mandarin, lime and sea water.
